教育目標 Course Target
本課程旨在介紹動物實驗與模式生物的應用，內容涵蓋動物福祉評估、模式生物特性與研究價值，以及實驗大小鼠的飼養、保定、操作與疾病控制。課程同時強調動物實驗的規劃原則、無菌手術及安樂死方法，並探討人類疾病模式動物與 AI 在新藥開發的應用。透過授課、影片欣賞與期末報告，培養學生正確動物實驗觀念與研究能力。
This course aims to introduce animal experiments and the application of model organisms. The content covers animal welfare assessment, model organism characteristics and research value, as well as the feeding, maintenance, operation and disease control of experimental rats and mice. The course also emphasizes the planning principles of animal experiments, aseptic surgery and euthanasia methods, and explores the application of human disease model animals and AI in the development of new drugs. Through lectures, video viewing and final reports, students will develop correct animal experiment concepts and research abilities.
