Deer Raising and Management
教育目標 Course Target
讓同學瞭解台灣養⿅概況、⿅之分類與物種介紹、⿅之⽣理學、⿅之營養學、⿅之飼養、⿅之管理、⿅之遺傳與育種、鹿場經營、⿅產品利⽤與經濟價值，並補充草食性展演動物的飼養管理以及介紹國外養鹿現況。
Let students understand the general situation of Taiwan's deer breeding, classification and species introduction, physiology of deer, nutrition of deer, feeding of deer, management of deer, genetics and breeding of deer, deer farm management, product utilization and economic value. It will also supplement the feeding and management of herbivorous show animals and introduce the current situation of deer farming abroad.
