社工專業強調人在情境中，家庭往往是人們最初且重要的生存情境，人受家庭形塑且一輩子深受其影響，因此，學習把家庭視為一整體、釐清對家庭的核心信念及建立以家庭為中心的介入視角是本課程首要目標之一。隨著時代快速變遷，家庭的樣態多元且複雜，學生修習本課程可對多樣化家庭的生態系統有更多的瞭解，並且釐清對待多元暨邊緣弱勢家庭的價值，有助於未來提供以家庭為本的相關場域處遇時的重要基礎。此外，透過課程的講授、輔以案例及影片的解析，加上模擬體驗式的接觸家庭、與家庭建立關係及動態式的進行系統評估與介入家庭，使學習者可不僅理解文獻所述，更能在實作中深刻領悟從一人工作，到與伴侶及多位家人一起工作的知能與處遇技術。課程也將帶領同學從回觀自身原生家庭的相處經驗出發，理解家庭是一個動態系統，體會家庭系統與動力的運作與其對家庭中每一位成員之人格形塑的動態過程。本課程也將藉由家庭社福機構的參訪或實務先進的經驗分享、體驗式工作坊的型式，延續家庭動力的課程學習，並且更加瞭解行動式處遇，如家庭雕塑、空椅、具象化等表達性工具在家庭工作中的應用。

The social work major emphasizes that people are in situations, and family is often people's first and most important living situation. People are shaped by family and deeply influenced by it throughout their lives. Therefore, learning to regard the family as a whole, clarifying the core beliefs about the family, and establishing a family-centered intervention perspective are one of the primary goals of this course. With the rapid changes of the times, families are diverse and complex. Students taking this course can have a better understanding of the ecosystem of diverse families, and clarify the value of treating diverse and marginalized families, which will help provide an important foundation for family-oriented treatment in related fields in the future. In addition, through course teaching, supplemented by analysis of cases and videos, as well as simulated experiential contact with families, building relationships with families, and dynamic systematic assessment and intervention in families, learners can not only understand the literature, but also deeply understand in practice the knowledge and coping skills required to go from working alone to working with partners and multiple family members. The course will also lead students to start from looking back at their own family of origin experience, understand that family is a dynamic system, and experience the operation of family systems and dynamics and the dynamic process of shaping the personality of each member of the family. This course will also continue the course study of family dynamics through visits to family social welfare agencies or advanced practical experience sharing and experiential workshops, and will provide a better understanding of action-based treatment, such as the application of expressive tools such as family sculptures, empty chairs, and visualization in family work.

隨著時代快速變遷，家庭的樣態多元且複雜，家庭社會工作是針對多樣化家庭的生態進行系統動力的瞭解，針對家庭所面臨的諸多困境，採取專業系統評估與多元化的綜融處遇。由於社工所面臨的家庭處境常是邊緣與複雜的，如何以合適的價值、態度與倫理偕同弱勢家庭或系統網絡間合作，並秉持以家庭為中心、社區為基礎的接軌當今的社會福利體制，以有效的因應相關難題，均是本課程將探討的重點。

With the rapid changes of the times, families are diverse and complex. Family social work is a systematic and dynamic understanding of the ecology of diverse families. In response to the many difficulties faced by families, professional systematic assessment and diversified comprehensive treatment are adopted. Since the family situations faced by social workers are often marginal and complex, how to cooperate with disadvantaged families or system networks with appropriate values, attitudes and ethics, and how to adhere to the current social welfare system that is family-centered and community-based to effectively respond to related problems are the focus of this course.
