Social Group Work

教育目標 Course Target

社會團體工作是社會工作直接服務的三大方法之一,社會工作者以團體工作來協助個人發展與解決問題,同時透過團體工作來影響社區,挑戰社會結構。本課程為一學年之課程,主要目的在於讓學生瞭解團體工作基本概念與相關理論,團體歷程發展及團體動力運作,並透過實際演練學習團體帶領與操作之技能,將課堂所學之知識與技能運用於實務場域。上學期課程主要聚焦在團體工作基本概念的認識,團體動力與團體歷程的介紹,並輔以課堂演練。帶領學生透過小組實作撰寫團體工作計畫,學習規劃團體方案。下學期之課程則著重於團體帶領與操作的演練,並透各案研討的方式或實務工作者分享,使同學認識團體工作在不同社會工作領域之運用。

Social group work is one of the three major direct service methods of social work. Social workers use group work to assist individuals in developing and solving problems. At the same time, social workers use group work to influence the community and challenge the social structure. This course is a one-year course. The main purpose is to enable students to understand the basic concepts and related theories of group work, group process development and group dynamic operation, and to learn group leadership and operation skills through practical exercises, and to apply the knowledge and skills learned in the classroom to practical fields. The course in the last semester mainly focused on the understanding of the basic concepts of group work, the introduction of group dynamics and group process, and was supplemented by classroom exercises. Lead students to write group work plans through group practice and learn to plan group plans. The course for the next semester will focus on the practice of group leadership and operation, and will enable students to understand the application of group work in different social work fields through case studies or sharing by practitioners.
