教育目標 Course Target
本課成為行政法之延伸課程，目的在協助學生參加國家公務員考試，包括行政類科與廉政類科。主要討論我國與公務員有關的法規、學說見解、大法官解釋與法院判決等。
This course has become an extension of administrative law, with the purpose of assisting students in taking the national civil service examination, including administrative subjects and integrity subjects. It mainly discusses our country's laws and regulations related to civil servants, doctrinal insights, justices' interpretations and court decisions, etc.

25 | 每堂課程均會提供相關題目，依據繳交同學，納入該比例核算 |

期末考 final exam |
60 | 期末考試 60% ，務必出席考試，有特殊狀況者，例如考試期間生病、因故精神狀態不佳、被二一退學之虞等，應於學期結束前告知老師，以便斟酌情形，加寫報告調整學期成績。 |
