教育目標 Course Target
從日本經驗出發，深度探究台灣在人口減緩與區域發展不均的政治經濟壓力下，如何發展出本土化的創生策略。
透過農特產、手工藝、生態綠能等多元案例，學習如何從地方資源中提煉品牌價值，並分析其成功關鍵。
系統性講授地方產業的推動邏輯，包含資源盤點、品牌包裝、通路媒合及永續經營模式。
透過期中/期末報告，訓練學生觀察地方痛點，並提出具前瞻性的解決對策，達成「產、學、研」思維的整合。
Starting from Japan's experience, this article explores in depth how Taiwan develops localized entrepreneurial strategies under the political and economic pressure of population slowdown and uneven regional development.
Through diverse cases such as agricultural specialties, handicrafts, and ecological green energy, you will learn how to extract brand value from local resources and analyze the key to its success.
Systematically teach the promotion logic of local industries, including resource inventory, brand packaging, channel matching and sustainable business model.
Through midterm/final reports, students are trained to observe local pain points and propose forward-looking solutions to achieve the integration of "industry, academia, and research" thinking.
