教育目標 Course Target
本課程將介紹企業經營相關的基本知識，以建立同學對企業經營的正確認識，培養擔任基層管理者工作的能力，同時建立對企業經營的整體觀念，作為修習其他管理相關課程的基礎。此外，課程主要內容為企業的性質與類型組織、產業競爭及企業經營環境、企業基本管理功能 (產、銷、人、發、財、資訊等六項)、企業文化與公司治理...等，同時將以現況與未來可能發展做出進一步闡述。
This course will introduce basic knowledge related to business operations to establish students' correct understanding of business operations, cultivate the ability to work as a grassroots manager, and establish an overall concept of business operations as a basis for studying other management-related courses. In addition, the main content of the course is the nature and type of organization of enterprises, industrial competition and business operating environment, basic management functions of enterprises (six items including production, sales, people, development, finance, information, etc.), corporate culture and corporate governance, etc., and will further elaborate on the current situation and possible future development.
