課程目標：本課程屬個體經濟學的應用，目的讓受過經濟學訓練的學生有更廣的視野及思維應用經濟分析工具。主要內容包含法律與經濟學之概念闡述、財產取得與財產移轉之相關概念、侵權之成立與賠償、契約法的經濟理論及法律實務、訴訟與和解相關的法律秩序以及應用至犯罪與制裁等經濟理論。
課程內涵：相對於法律而言，經濟學的部份定義與名詞不夠精準，無法做為法律用語；但從另一方面來看，經濟源自於生活，成本與效益無處不在，故將經濟學做為法律的分析工具與方法自然是強強結合應運而生。本課程將從經濟學整體性的思考模式，進一步考慮法律的應用與思維邏輯，同時將經濟學應用做為法律分析使用的工具。

Course Objectives: This course is about the application of individual economics. It aims to enable students with economics training to have a broader vision and thinking in applying economic analysis tools. The main content includes the conceptual elaboration of law and economics, related concepts of property acquisition and property transfer, establishment and compensation of torts, economic theory and legal practice of contract law, legal order related to litigation and settlement, and economic theories applied to crime and sanctions.
Course content: Compared with law, some definitions and terms of economics are not precise enough and cannot be used as legal terms; but on the other hand, the economy comes from life, and costs and benefits are everywhere, so the use of economics as a legal analysis tool and method is naturally a strong combination. This course will further consider the application and thinking logic of law from the overall thinking model of economics, and use the application of economics as a tool for legal analysis.
