本課程主要目的是讓學生能了解金融體系簡介、貨幣的功能、演進與定義、利率的基本概念、利率的決定因素、利率期間結構、貨幣需求、銀行業的結構與競爭、銀行管理、外匯市場、聯邦準備系統、貨幣供給過程、強力貨幣與貨幣乘數及貨幣政策工具探討。

The main purpose of this course is to enable students to understand the introduction to the financial system, the function, evolution and definition of money, the basic concepts of interest rates, the determinants of interest rates, the period structure of interest rates, money demand, the structure and competition of the banking industry, bank management, foreign exchange market, federal reserve system, money supply process, discussion of powerful money and money multipliers and monetary policy tools.
