本本課程旨在以深入淺出的方式帶領同學熟悉WTO的相關法規，從貿易、服務業、智慧財產權，至區域貿易協定。熟悉WTO相關法規將會較未修習者，更深入掌握國際經貿脈動，在職場上勝人一籌。

本課程亦將引導學生了解地緣政治的內涵、其對於國際經貿的影響，以及國際貿易法規在其間扮演的角色。課程將深入分析二次世界大戰後國際政治與地緣政治情況，以及由其引發的中美貿易戰、供應鏈韌性、去風險化等，以及這些措施對於貿易、投資、金融等領域的影響。本課程亦將探討其他國家或團體，如日本、韓國、歐盟、東南亞國家等所扮演的角色、所受的影響。另將探討台灣政府與台商未來如何因應此一地緣政治所帶來的百年變局。

修習本課程可了解目前國際經貿衝突的起源、性質，並有助於預測其未來的發展，在職場上必受長官器重，台積電曾擬以超高薪聘請此類人才，即可證明本課程對於同學未來在職場發展的重要性。

This course aims to familiarize students with WTO-related regulations in a simple and easy-to-understand way, from trade, services, intellectual property rights, to regional trade agreements. Those who are familiar with relevant WTO regulations will have a deeper grasp of the pulse of international economic and trade than those who have not practiced it, and will be superior in the workplace.

This course will also guide students to understand the connotation of geopolitics, its impact on international economy and trade, and the role that international trade regulations play in it. The course will provide an in-depth analysis of the international political and geopolitical situation after World War II, as well as the Sino-US trade war, supply chain resilience, de-risking, etc. caused by it, as well as the impact of these measures on trade, investment, finance and other fields. This course will also explore the roles and impacts of other countries or groups, such as Japan, South Korea, the European Union, and Southeast Asian countries. It will also explore how the Taiwanese government and Taiwanese businessmen will respond to the century-old changes brought about by this geopolitical situation in the future.
