教育目標 Course Target
本課程採用 學術理論 × 企業實務 的雙師授課模式，涵蓋專案管理之知識體系（PMBOK、IPMA）與科技產業專案管理的實務工作流程。前半學期聚焦瀑布式專案管理（Waterfall）與敏捷式管理（Agile），後半學期則以科技產業專案實務為主，包含產品開發、跨部門協作與產品管理。課程以案例、小組專案與實務講授培養學生專案規劃、執行、風險分析與跨部門溝通能力。
This course adopts a dual-teacher teaching model of academic theory × corporate practice, covering the knowledge system of project management (PMBOK, IPMA) and the practical work process of project management in the technology industry. The first half of the semester focuses on waterfall project management (Waterfall) and agile management (Agile), while the second half of the semester focuses on project practice in the technology industry, including product development, cross-department collaboration and product management. The course uses cases, group projects and practical teaching to cultivate students' project planning, execution, risk analysis and cross-department communication skills.
