Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management

教育目標 Course Target

這門課從「真實職場會遇到的問題」出發,帶學生學會看懂人在組織中的行為,以及人力資源管理在實際工作中的運作方式。課程不只是上課聽理論,而是透過案例討論、情境任務、角色扮演、小組合作與業師分享,讓學生實際練習如何覺察自己的情緒與壓力、理解他人的想法,並在團隊中有效溝通與做出判斷。上課過程中,教師會一步步把組織行為的概念,連結到人資的「選、用、育、留」實務操作,最後再透過反思寫作與個人職能盤點任務,整理自己的能力、優勢與未來職涯方向,幫助學生把課堂所學真正轉化為實習與未來職場能用得上的能力,而不只是為了修課。

This course starts from "problems encountered in real workplaces" and helps students learn to understand people's behavior in organizations and how human resource management operates in actual work. The course is not just about listening to theories in class, but sharing with industry teachers through case discussions, situational tasks, role plays, and group cooperation, allowing students to actually practice how to be aware of their own emotions and stress, understand other people's ideas, and effectively communicate and make judgments in a team. During the class, teachers will step by step connect the concept of organizational behavior to the practical operations of "selection, employment, education, and retention" of human resources. Finally, through reflective writing and personal function inventory tasks, they will sort out their own abilities, strengths, and future career directions, helping students truly transform what they learn in the classroom into abilities that can be used in internships and future workplaces, rather than just taking courses.
