Sustainable Development of the Solidarity Economy Enterprises

教育目標 Course Target

本課程結合跨域共學與實作,探索團結經濟組織的可持續性發展。全球團結經濟運動的興起是透過替選經濟模式追求可持續性發展的重要力量,但團結經濟組織由於追求社會目標而非營利為目的的性質,本身也面臨可持續發展的挑戰:包括存活(無法成為替選方案)和使命偏移(不再是團結經濟組織)。本課程分為兩大部分:第一部分為課堂講授與討論,由兩位授課老師分別從企管學和社會學引介團結經濟組織的營運模式(或商業模式),並進行對話;第二部分為營運模式分析的實作,對合作的事業單位進行分析並提出營運建議。

This course combines cross-domain learning and practice to explore the sustainable development of solidarity economy organizations. The rise of the global solidarity economy movement is an important force in the pursuit of sustainable development through alternative economic models. However, due to the nature of pursuing social goals rather than for-profit purposes, solidarity economy organizations themselves also face challenges to sustainable development: including survival (unable to become an alternative) and mission deviation (no longer a solidarity economy organization). This course is divided into two parts: the first part is classroom lectures and discussions, in which two teachers introduce the operating model (or business model) of solidarity economy organizations from business management and sociology respectively, and conduct a dialogue; the second part is the implementation of operating model analysis, analyzing the cooperative public institutions and putting forward operational suggestions.
