Innovation and Entrepreneurship
教育目標 Course Target
- 在快速變動的知識經濟與科技環境中,未來社會所需的許多工作型態與問題情境,往往在當下尚未明確成形。面對此一不確定的未來,教育的核心已不再只是傳授既有知識與技能,而在於培養學生具備創新思維、前瞻視角與將想法付諸行動的能力。
- 本課程以創新與創業家精神為核心,引導學生跳脫傳統線性生涯想像,理解當代「新叢林法則」下的職涯與價值創造模式。課程強調從制高點思考問題、辨識未被滿足的機會,並透過實作導向的學習活動,培養學生將創意轉化為可行方案的能力。
- 透過創新產品與服務發想、創業案例探討、團隊媒合與實作演練,學生將逐步建立創業家思維與行動模式,初步具備機會辨識、創新熱情、典範學習與創業實踐能力,同時認識東海大學創新創業之校園文化與創業生態,為未來參與創新事業或多元職涯發展奠定基礎。
- In the rapidly changing knowledge economy and technological environment, many work types and problem situations required by the future society are often not yet clearly formed at present. Facing this uncertain future, the core of education is no longer just about imparting existing knowledge and skills, but about cultivating students' innovative thinking, forward-looking perspectives and the ability to put ideas into action.
- With innovation and entrepreneurial spirit as its core, this course guides students to break away from the traditional linear career imagination and understand the career and value creation model under the contemporary "new jungle law". The course emphasizes thinking about problems from a high point, identifying unmet opportunities, and cultivating students' ability to transform ideas into feasible solutions through practice-oriented learning activities.
- Through developing ideas for innovative products and services, discussing entrepreneurial cases, team matching and practical exercises, students will gradually establish entrepreneurial thinking and action models, and initially possess the ability to identify opportunities, enthusiasm for innovation, model learning and entrepreneurial practice. At the same time, they will understand the campus culture and entrepreneurial ecology of Tunghai University's innovation and entrepreneurship, laying the foundation for future participation in innovative undertakings or diversified career development.
