課程概述 Course Description
本課程將系統性介紹各類光譜技術的基本原理與應用,內容涵蓋光學光譜、振動光譜及高能與磁共振光譜等三大領域。首先,課程將探討紫外–可見光光譜、光致發光光譜與螢光光譜,說明其在材料與元件分析上的應用。接著,介紹紅外光吸收光譜與拉曼光譜,並深入延伸至表面增強拉曼光譜,以理解分子振動及增強機制。最後,課程將進一步說明核磁共振光譜與X射線光譜等技術,幫助學生掌握分子結構、化學環境與能帶結構的分析方法。透過此課程,學生將能建立完整的光譜技術知識基礎,並具備將其應用於電子元件、材料科學及生物醫學等領域的能力。
This course will systematically introduce the basic principles and applications of various spectroscopic technologies, covering three major fields: optical spectroscopy, vibrational spectroscopy, and high-energy and magnetic resonance spectroscopy. First, the course will explore ultraviolet-visible light spectroscopy, photoluminescence spectroscopy, and fluorescence spectroscopy, explaining their applications in materials and component analysis. Next, infrared light absorption spectroscopy and Raman spectroscopy are introduced, and further extended to surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy to understand molecular vibration and enhancement mechanisms. Finally, the course will further explain techniques such as nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy and X-ray spectroscopy to help students master the analysis methods of molecular structure, chemical environment and energy band structure. Through this course, students will be able to establish a complete knowledge base of spectroscopy technology and have the ability to apply it to fields such as electronic components, materials science and biomedicine.
