教育目標 Course Target
使學生瞭解電子元件的操作原理和應用電路電子系統簡介,包含雙極性電晶體及其應用、頻率響應、理想操作放大器及其電路。
To enable students to understand the operating principles of electronic components and an introduction to applied circuits and electronic systems, including bipolar transistors and their applications, frequency response, ideal operating amplifiers and their circuits.
課程概述 Course Description
介紹差動放大器之設計與分析、迴授觀念,理想運算放大器之特性與電路行為模型,及四種不同架構之迴授電路分析與設計方法,以銜接未來類比電路設計課程中更深入的運算放大器之系統應用。在數位電路方面,則是介紹了Inverter、NAND、NOR等基本邏輯電路的設計與使用,作為將來進一步修習數位積體電路或邏輯設計的基礎。
Introduces the design and analysis of differential amplifiers, the concept of feedback, the characteristics and circuit behavior model of ideal operational amplifiers, and the feedback circuit analysis and design methods of four different architectures to connect more in-depth system applications of operational amplifiers in future analog circuit design courses. In terms of digital circuits, the design and use of basic logic circuits such as Inverter, NAND, and NOR are introduced as a basis for further study of digital integrated circuits or logic design in the future.
