隨著社會經濟科技的發展，環境問題已被國際社會公認為是影響21世紀的關鍵性課題，而噪音污染更是21世紀首要解決的環境問題之一，人們不但要求工作和生活環境中聲音變的更和諧、安靜、舒適，人類社會在進步，科技在發展，環境保護意識也在不斷增強，本課程包括噪音基本知識的介紹、噪音儀器設備的使用和噪音控制方案的選擇、噪音影嚮的評估方法、現有噪音模式及實例、噪音防制方法中所採用隔音、吸音、消音等控制技術的原理、特點、計算及應用。

With the development of social economy and science and technology, environmental problems have been recognized by the international community as a key issue affecting the 21st century, and noise pollution is one of the first environmental problems to be solved in the 21st century. People not only require that the sound in the working and living environment becomes more harmonious, quiet and comfortable, but human society is progressing and science and technology are developing. The awareness of environmental protection is also increasing. This course includes the introduction of basic knowledge of noise, the use of noise instruments and equipment and the selection of noise control solutions, the assessment methods of noise impacts, existing noise models and examples, and the principles, characteristics, calculations and applications of sound insulation, sound absorption, silencing and other control technologies used in noise prevention methods.
