教育目標 Course Target
課程目標希望透過至企業進行實務改善專題研究，讓學生對於TPS相關理論與工具更加熟悉，並且進一步與製造現場連結應用，降低學用差距。課程與企業產學合作之過程，也能讓企業主管作為業師的角色，引導學生將專業領域學術知識與產業實務結合。
The goal of the course is to make students more familiar with TPS-related theories and tools by conducting practical improvement research in enterprises, and further connect the applications with manufacturing sites to reduce the learning-application gap. The process of curriculum and enterprise-industry-university cooperation can also allow business executives to play the role of industry teachers, guiding students to combine academic knowledge in professional fields with industrial practice.
