教育目標 Course Target
This undergraduate course focuses on the fundamental principles of heat transfer as applied to unit operations in chemical engineering. Students will explore mechanisms of conduction, convection, and radiation, along with their integration into process equipment design such as heat exchangers, evaporators, and condensers.
