教育目標 Course Target
本課程將以課堂講解配合以小組作業實作及單元影片教學方法,將課程的三大主題設計成學習單元。引導修課學生在基因操作的基本觀念建立後,以小組問題討論學習方式加入學習單及實作,配合研究實例演示,期使大學部二年級學生了解,如何以基因操作技術學來探討科學實務上的問題。內容包含基因選殖基本方法,各類細菌選殖載體,膠體電泳,特定DNA序列偵測分析方法,聚合酶連鎖反應,定序與次世代定序等。
This course will use classroom explanations, group assignments and unit video teaching methods to design the three major themes of the course into learning units. After the students in the course have established the basic concepts of gene manipulation, they are guided to add worksheets and practical exercises through group discussion learning methods, and cooperate with research example demonstrations to enable second-year undergraduate students to understand how to use gene manipulation technology to explore scientific and practical issues. The content includes basic methods of gene selection, various bacterial selection vectors, colloidal electrophoresis, specific DNA sequence detection and analysis methods, polymerase chain reaction, sequencing and next-generation sequencing, etc.
