教育目標 Course Target
本課程將以課堂講解配合以小組作業實作及單元影片教學方法，將課程的三大主題設計成學習單元。引導修課學生在基因操作的基本觀念建立後，以小組問題討論學習方式加入學習單及實作，配合研究實例演示，期使大學部二年級學生了解，如何以基因操作技術學來探討科學實務上的問題。內容包含基因選殖基本方法，各類細菌選殖載體，膠體電泳，特定DNA序列偵測分析方法，聚合酶連鎖反應，定序與次世代定序等。
This course will use classroom explanations, group assignments and unit video teaching methods to design the three major themes of the course into learning units.引導修課學生在基因操作的基本觀念建立後，以小組問題討論學習方式加入學習單及實作，配合研究實例演示，期使大學部二年級學生了解，如何以基因操作技術學來探討科學實務上的問題。內容包含基因選殖基本方法，各類細菌選殖載體，膠體電泳，特定DNA序列偵測分析方法，聚合酶連鎖反應，定序與次世代定序等。
