本課程旨在系統性探討西漢至東漢時期哲學思想的主要發展脈絡，並將其置於秦漢帝國政治結構、制度建構與經學化進程的歷史背景中加以理解。課程不以「諸子思想的延續」作為單一主軸，而是聚焦於漢代如何在戰國思想資源的基礎上，回應帝國治理、宇宙秩序、倫理規範與知識正當性等根本問題，從而形構出具有高度整合性的哲學—經學體系。

This course aims to systematically explore the main development lines of philosophical thought from the Western Han Dynasty to the Eastern Han Dynasty, and to understand it in the historical context of the political structure, institutional construction and the process of economic development in the Qin and Han empires. The course does not take "the continuation of the thoughts of the various scholars" as a single main axis, but focuses on how the Han Dynasty responded to fundamental issues such as imperial governance, cosmic order, ethical norms and knowledge legitimacy based on the ideological resources of the Warring States Period, thereby forming a highly integrated philosophy-Confucian classics system.
