課程概述 Course Description
從行政法的基礎思維（法治國家、依法行政）誘發學生面對問題的能力，並輔之以在行政法體系中的案例，逐次建構處理行政案例的能力。
From the basic thinking of administrative law (rule of law, administration according to law) to inspire students to face problems, and to build the ability to handle administrative cases one after another with cases in the administrative legal system.
