2.課程內涵
本課程內容包括：歐盟的形成、歐盟組織(以歐盟高峰會、歐盟理事會、歐盟執委會、歐洲議會、歐盟法院、歐洲央行為主要內容)、歐盟的法律性質、歐盟法基礎條約、歐盟運作條約、歐盟基本權利憲章、歐盟法的執行與救濟、歐盟法與會員國內國法的關係、歐盟其他相關政策。

1. Course objectives
Understand the formation, organization and operation of the European Union
Understand the sources and remedies of EU law
Overview of EU fundamental rights
Give examples of relevant EU policies

2. Course content
The content of this course includes: the formation of the EU, EU organizations (mainly the EU Summit, the EU Council, the EU Executive Commission, the European Parliament, the EU Court of Justice, and the European Central Bank), the legal nature of the EU, the Basic Treaty of EU Law, the Treaty on the Functioning of the EU, the EU Charter of Fundamental Rights, the enforcement and relief of EU law, the relationship between EU law and the national laws of member states, and other related EU policies.
