課程目標日在於導引研究生於日後撰寫論文時,得以閱讀參考日文法學文獻,以豐富論文內容。為幫助無日文基礎者得以循序漸入學習狀況,本課程擬從50音假名開始。惟顧及其他已具日文基礎者之學習與進步,擬以快速並採擇網路幫助方式,約以2週時間完成假名之介紹。且為使已有日文基礎之學生不致覺得毫無所獲,將同時介紹日本法律架構及簡單文法。之後,每次上課均以簡單一般日文資料及網路資料作為教材,除帶領使開口閱讀,避免學生永不開口說日文。同時,每次上亦亦進行文法分析,希望初學日文者快速跟上,已有若干基礎者亦有明顯之進步感。然後再以簡單教材之法學文獻進行文法解析與翻譯,使學生逐漸熟悉日文法學之閱讀與進步。The course goal day is when the graduate students write a paper later when they are guided to read Japanese law literature to enrich the content of the paper. To help non-Japanese basics enter learning status in sequence, this course starts with 50 pronunciation and pseudonym. However, the learning and progress of other Japanese-based people has been quickly and online assistance methods, and completed the introduction of the Kana name in about 2 weeks. Moreover, in order to prevent students from having Japanese basics from feeling nothing is gained, Japanese legal structure and simple grammar will be introduced at the same time. Afterwards, every time I took classes, I used simple general Japanese and online data as textbooks, and not only led the entrustment to read, so that students would never speak Japanese. At the same time, we also conduct grammatical analysis every time, hoping that those who are new to Japanese will keep up quickly, and those who have already had a clear sense of progress. Then, the grammar analysis and translation are performed using simple textbooks, so that students can gradually become familiar with the reading and progress of Japanese law.
