課程目標日在於導引研究生於日後撰寫論文時，得以閱讀參考日文法學文獻，以豐富論文內容。為幫助無日文基礎者得以循序漸入學習狀況，本課程擬從50音假名開始。惟顧及其他已具日文基礎者之學習與進步，擬以快速並採擇網路幫助方式，約以2週時間完成假名之介紹。且為使已有日文基礎之學生不致覺得毫無所獲，將同時介紹日本法律架構及簡單文法。之後，每次上課均以簡單一般日文資料及網路資料作為教材，除帶領使開口閱讀，避免學生永不開口說日文。同時，每次上亦亦進行文法分析，希望初學日文者快速跟上，已有若干基礎者亦有明顯之進步感。然後再以簡單教材之法學文獻進行文法解析與翻譯，使學生逐漸熟悉日文法學之閱讀與進步。

The goal of the course is to guide graduate students to read and refer to Japanese legal literature when writing their thesis in the future to enrich the content of the thesis. In order to help those who have no basic knowledge of Japanese to enter the learning situation step by step, this course is planned to start with 50 phonetic alphabets. Taking into account the learning and progress of other people who already have a basic knowledge of Japanese, we plan to complete the introduction of Kana in about 2 weeks by using a quick and online help method. And so that students who already have a basic knowledge of Japanese will not feel that they have gained nothing, Japanese legal structure and simple grammar will be introduced at the same time. After that, every class uses simple general Japanese materials and Internet materials as teaching materials. In addition to leading students to read, students will never speak Japanese. At the same time, grammatical analysis is also carried out in each class. I hope that beginners can catch up quickly, and those who already have some basic knowledge will also have a clear sense of progress. Then, grammatical analysis and translation of legal documents from simple textbooks will be used to enable students to gradually become familiar with the reading and progress of Japanese legal studies.
