1.憲法訴訟法實施後之裁判選評
2.提升學生對憲法訴訟司法實務新動向之掌握能力.
3.提升學生對憲法問題的理解及掌握爭點與處理能力.
4.增進對憲法訴訟程序實務的能力
1. Referee selection after the implementation of the law of complaint
2. Improve students' ability to master new directions in judicial practice of justice.
3. Improve students' understanding of conflict problems and mastering conflict points and handling abilities.
