1.憲法訴訟法實施後之裁判選評
2.提升學生對憲法訴訟司法實務新動向之掌握能力.
3.提升學生對憲法問題的理解及掌握爭點與處理能力.
4.增進對憲法訴訟程序實務的能力
1. Judge selection after the implementation of the Constitutional Procedure Law
2. Improve students’ ability to grasp new trends in constitutional litigation and judicial practice.
3. Improve students’ understanding of constitutional issues and their ability to master disputes and deal with them.
4. Improve the ability to practice constitutional litigation procedures
