本課程之教學目標為促碩博士研究生深入瞭解國內外各主要犯罪型態，包括暴力犯罪、毒品犯罪．組織犯罪、財產性犯罪、無被害者犯罪等，從國內外新近研究文獻中穫取珍貴研究心得，進而提出妥適防治對策。

The teaching objectives of this course are to promote PhD students to have an in-depth understanding of major criminal types at home and abroad, including violent crime and drug crime. Organizational crimes, property crimes, and victimless crimes have been drawn from recent research papers at home and abroad, and then appropriate prevention and control measures have been proposed.
