透過課堂的討論與報告的撰寫，並分析、比較不同國家刑事訴訟制度的若干運作，進而反思、借鏡他山之石，培養獨立思考並解決問題的能力。Through discussion and writing of reports in the classroom, and analyzing and comparing several operations of criminal complaint systems in different countries, we then reflect and borrow stones from other mountains to cultivate the ability to think independently and solve problems.
刑事訴訟法是將國家刑罰權具體實踐的學科，如何兼顧發現真實與保障人權，一直以來為極具爭議的課題。本課程係針對已經修習刑事訴訟法的同學所開設之課程。刑事訴訟法的課程偏重於理論之講解；而刑事訴訟法案例研究則偏重案例的操作。
本課程共計十八週，扣除期中、期末考，上課的時間共有十六週，在十六週的上課中，將深入探討刑事訴訟法十六個代表性的案例，希望同學們透過案例教學，除了重新復習原有的刑事訴訟法的原理原則，也能培養同學解題的能力。期中、期未考試比照國家考試方式，希望藉此能加強同學們答題能力及技巧。
Criminal pleading law is a subject that allows the specific implementation of national criminal rights. How to study the real and protect human rights has always been a very controversial subject. This course is a course developed by students who have already practiced the criminal act. The course of the Criminal Dispute Law focuses on the explanation of theory; while the case study of the Criminal Dispute Law focuses on the operation of cases.
This course is 18 weeks in total, with the mid-term and final exams deducting the course, and the class is 16 weeks long. During the course of 16 weeks, we will conduct in-depth discussions on the sixteen representative cases of the Criminal Disclaimer Law. We hope that through case teaching, students can not only revise the original principles and principles of the Criminal Disclaimer Law, but also cultivate their ability to explain questions. The mid-term and unexpected tests are compared with the national test methods, and I hope that this will enhance the students' answering skills and skills.
