透過課堂的討論與報告的撰寫，並分析、比較不同國家刑事訴訟制度的若干運作，進而反思、借鏡他山之石，培養獨立思考並解決問題的能力。

Through classroom discussions and report writing, students will analyze and compare certain operations of criminal procedure systems in different countries, and then reflect on and learn from others to cultivate the ability to think independently and solve problems.

　　刑事訴訟法是將國家刑罰權具體實踐的學科，如何兼顧發現真實與保障人權，一直以來為極具爭議的課題。本課程係針對已經修習刑事訴訟法的同學所開設之課程。刑事訴訟法的課程偏重於理論之講解；而刑事訴訟法案例研究則偏重案例的操作。
　　本課程共計十八週，扣除期中、期末考，上課的時間共有十六週，在十六週的上課中，將深入探討刑事訴訟法十六個代表性的案例，希望同學們透過案例教學，除了重新復習原有的刑事訴訟法的原理原則，也能培養同學解題的能力。期中、期未考試比照國家考試方式，希望藉此能加強同學們答題能力及技巧。

Criminal procedure law is a subject that specifically implements the country’s penal power. How to balance the discovery of truth and the protection of human rights has always been a highly controversial issue. This course is for students who have already studied criminal procedure law. Criminal procedure law courses focus on theoretical explanations; while criminal procedure law case studies focus on the operation of cases.
This course lasts for 18 weeks in total, excluding midterm and final exams. There are a total of 16 weeks of class time. During the 16 weeks of class, 16 representative cases of Criminal Procedure Law will be discussed in depth. We hope that through case teaching, students will not only review the original principles and principles of Criminal Procedure Law, but also cultivate their problem-solving abilities. The mid-term and mid-term exams are based on the national examination methods, hoping to enhance students' question-answering abilities and skills.
