課程概述 Course Description
本課程主以面對台灣社會的變遷，就民法親屬編與相關法律與實務問題為專題研討。透過相關實務案例研析，外國重要案例及立法例的了解，宏觀法律之發展。
This course mainly discusses the changes in Taiwan society and discusses civil law masters and related legal and practical issues. Through relevant practical case study, understanding of important foreign cases and legislation, and admiration of the development of law.
