Introduction to Legal Writing
教育目標 Course Target
本課程著重於教授法律研究所碩博士班生如何撰寫法學論文之技巧、組織及重點。課程講解包括但不限於論文命題、問題意識發掘、組織架構、研究方法、註解格式、風格要求、參考文獻、論述方法與技巧等，並希望透過實作參與，加強修課同學印象，以幫助研所學生對於如何有效率並正確組織法學論文研究工作有基礎概念。
This course focuses on teaching law graduate and doctoral students the skills, organization, and key points of writing legal papers. The course explanation includes but is not limited to thesis proposition, problem awareness exploration, organizational structure, research methods, annotation format, style requirements, references, discussion methods and techniques, etc. It is hoped that through practical participation, the impression of the course students will be strengthened, so as to help the graduate students have a basic concept of how to efficiently and correctly organize the legal thesis research work.
