以認識社會法體系與社會福利基本法為基礎，進而了解社會給付法，尤其是社會預護、社會促進、社會補償以及社會救助相關規範與內容。
其中，社會預護包括：全民健康保險法、年金保險法、就業保險法、職災保險法；
社會促進包括：兒童及少年福利與權益保障法、老人福利法、身心障礙者權益保障法、長期照顧服務法；
社會補償包括：犯罪被害人保護法、疫苗注射、藥害救濟、油症患者健康照護服務條例、漢生病病患人權保障及補償條例；
社會救助則以現行社會救助法及修法草案為上課討論內容。

Based on understanding the social legal system and the Basic Law of Social Welfare, we will also understand the social payment law, especially the relevant regulations and contents of social protection, social promotion, social reimbursement and social assistance.
Among them, social protection includes: National Health Insurance Law, Annuity Insurance Law, Employment Insurance Law, and Disaster Insurance Law;
Social promotion includes: the Law on Welfare and Rights Protection for Children and Adolescents, the Law on Welfare of the Elderly, the Law on Rights Protection for People with Physical and Mind Disabilities, and the Law on Long-term Care Service;
Social compensation includes: Crime Victims Protection Law, Vaccine Injection, Drug Rescue, Health Care Services for Patients with Oil Disease, Human Rights Protection and Compensation Regulations for Patients with Sickness;
Social assistance will focus on the current Social Assistance Law and the draft amendment of the law as the content of the previous class.
