本課程以二十世紀八零年代迄今的全球劇場重大趨勢為觀察研習課題，了解新興美學走向，以及重要代表創作者與作品，並以區域規劃除歐美之外，加入亞洲以及台灣本土的回顧與檢視，讓學生除了基礎美學外，獲得更全面結構性的定位思考。

This course uses the major trends in global theater from the 1980s to the present as the observation and study topic to understand emerging aesthetic trends, as well as important representative creators and works. It also uses regional planning to add review and examination of Asia and Taiwan in addition to Europe and the United States, allowing students to gain a more comprehensive and structural positioning thinking in addition to basic aesthetics.
