課程目標:本課程旨在協助研究生建立科學研究的基本素養與能力,熟悉高齡健康與運動科學領域常用之研究設計與資料分析方法。課程強調研究倫理、問題意識、假設建構、研究設計、測量工具選擇與資料處理的系統性訓練,培養學生獨立進行量化與質化研究的能力,為撰寫碩士論文及未來從事研究或實務工作奠定紮實基礎。
課程內涵:
研究基本概念與倫理:介紹科學研究的本質、研究流程、學術誠信與倫理原則,提升學生的研究自覺與責任感。
研究問題與假設建構:教導如何從文獻中找出研究問題、界定研究變項,並撰寫具邏輯性與可驗證性的研究假設。
研究設計類型:涵蓋實驗研究、準實驗設計、橫斷式與縱貫式調查、個案研究與行動研究等,針對高齡與運動情境中常見的設計型式進行說明與實例探討。
量化研究方法:講授抽樣技術、問卷設計、信效度檢定、常用統計方法(如T檢定、ANOVA、相關與迴歸分析)與資料處理技巧。
質性研究方法:介紹質性研究的理念與基本取徑(如訪談、觀察、焦點團體等),以及資料分析方式(如主題分析、內容分析)。
文獻回顧與資料蒐集技巧:訓練學生進行系統性文獻搜尋、整理與引用,強化其學術資料分析與整合能力。
研究計畫撰寫實作:安排期中期末作業,引導學生撰寫具體可行之研究計畫書,並進行口頭簡報與同儕回饋,提升其研究設計與表達能力。Course objectives: This course aims to help graduate students establish basic cultivation and abilities in scientific research, and be familiar with commonly used research design and data analysis methods in the field of high-alges health and sports science. The course emphasizes systematic training in research ethics, problem awareness, hypothesis structure, research design, measurement tool selection and data processing, cultivates students' ability to independently conduct quantitative and qualitative research, and lays a solid foundation for writing literacy papers and future research or practical work.
Course content:
Research basic concepts and ethics: introduce the essence, research process, academic integrity and ethics principles of scientific research, and enhance students' research self-awareness and sense of responsibility.
Research questions and hypothesis structure: teach how to find research questions from the text, define research changes, and write logical and verifiable research hypothesis.
Research design types: cover experiment research, precise experiment design, silence and scrutiny investigation, case research and action research, etc., and explain and conduct examples of common design types in altitude and sports situations.
Quantitative research methods: teach sampling techniques, questionnaire design, reliability and validity determination, commonly used statistical methods (such as T-confirmation, ANOVA, related and replication analysis) and data processing skills.
Quality research methods: introduce the concepts and basic references of quality research (such as interviews, observations, focus groups, etc.), as well as data analysis methods (such as topic analysis, content analysis).
Document review and data collection skills: train students to conduct systematic literature search, sorting and citation to enhance their academic data analysis and integration capabilities.
Research plan writing: arrange mid-term and final work, guide students to write specific feasible research plan books, and conduct oral brief reports and reviews with classmates to improve their research design and expression capabilities.
