教育目標 Course Target

課程目標:本課程旨在培養研究生對高齡健康與運動科學相關議題之批判性思維與跨領域整合能力。透過研讀最新研究文獻、專題報告分享與同儕討論,學生將能掌握本領域之研究趨勢與實務應用,進一步強化其學術表達、資料解析與研究設計能力,為論文撰寫與專業實踐奠定堅實基礎。 課程內涵: 主題導向學習:每次上課聚焦與高齡健康、運動科學或長期照護實務相關之議題,由授課教師或邀請專家進行導讀與引言。 文獻閱讀與評論:學生需預先閱讀指定文獻,課堂中進行摘要報告與批判性討論,提升其分析與歸納能力。 研究經驗分享:安排研究所師生或外部講者分享其研究歷程與成果,啟發學生研究動機與方向。 問題解決與交流能力訓練:鼓勵學生針對特定議題提出觀點與建議,透過討論過程強化其邏輯推理與溝通表達技巧。 跨領域整合應用:引導學生將所學應用於高齡健康促進、運動處方設計、健康行為改變、科技輔助介入等實務情境,培養其整合不同學科知識解決實務問題的能力。Course objectives: This course aims to cultivate graduate students' critical thinking and cross-domain integration capabilities in related topics of high health and sports science. Through the study of the latest research papers, sharing of topic reports and discussions, students will be able to master the research trends and practical applications in this field, further strengthen their academic performance, data analysis and research design abilities, and lay a foundation for writing and professional practice. Course content: Topic orientation learning: Each class focuses on topics related to high health, sports science or long-term care practices, and the course teacher or invites experts to conduct guidance and introduction. Document reading and comment: Students must read the designated documents in advance, conduct summary reports and critical discussions in the classroom to improve their analytical and academic ability. Research experience sharing: arrange for the institute students or external speakers to share their research courses and achievements, and start the research engine and direction of students. Question resolution and communication skills training: encourage students to put forward views and suggestions on specific issues, and strengthen their logical reasoning and communication expression skills through the discussion process. Cross-domain integration application: guide students to apply their learned applications to practical situations such as high-age health promotion, sports treatment design, health behavior change, and scientific and technological intervention, and cultivate their ability to integrate knowledge from different subjects to solve practical problems.
