仲裁具有快速、經濟、保密、和諧、專家判斷、有效等優點，取代曠日廢時，不勝煩勞之訴訟程序，儼然已成為企業間用於排解糾紛，判斷是非之工具。期望透過本課程能增進學生表達與溝通能力，未來從事法律相關之實務工作時能加以運用。

Arbitration has the advantages of speed, economy, confidentiality, harmony, expert judgment, and effectiveness. It has replaced the time-consuming and cumbersome litigation procedures and has become a tool for enterprises to resolve disputes and determine right and wrong. It is hoped that through this course, students can improve their expression and communication skills, which can be used when engaging in legal-related practical work in the future.
