教育目標 Course Target

本課程透過邀請標竿企業講者進行實務分享,協助學生理解企業經營與創新趨勢,啟發學生對職涯發展與組織管理的洞察,並培養主動學習與向標竿對齊的實踐精神。 1.知識層面(Know): a.了解國內外標竿企業的經營模式與核心競爭力 b.認識不同行業的創新策略與永續經營實例 c.掌握企業在人才培育、數位轉型、社會責任等方面的關鍵作法 2.技能層面(Do): a.能分析標竿企業成功的關鍵因素與管理策略 b.能提出借鏡標竿企業的行動建議,應用於個人職涯或團隊經營 c.能與標竿講者互動提問,展現良好溝通與批判思考能力 3.態度層面(Be) a.培養對企業經營策略與產業動態的關注與好奇心 b.建立向標竿學習的積極態度,提升自我成長動能 c.培養敬業精神與倫理價值觀,理解企業社會責任的重要性This course invites rod enterprise speakers to share practically, helping students understand corporate management and innovative trends, create students' insights into career development and organizational management, and cultivate the spirit of active learning and oriented towards rod matching. 1. Knowledge surface (Know): a. Understand the business model and core competitiveness of domestic and foreign rod enterprises at home and abroad b. Know innovative strategies and examples of continuous operation in different industries c. Master the key methods of enterprises in talent cultivation, digital transformation, social responsibility, etc. 2. Skill Level (Do): a. Able to analyze the key factors and management strategies for the success of rod enterprises b. Can propose action suggestions for enterprises that borrow lenses and rods, and apply them to personal careers or team operations c. Be able to interact with the speakers and show good communication and critical thinking skills 3. Moral level surface (Be) a. Cultivate attention and curiosity on corporate business strategies and industry dynamics b. Establish the absoluteness of learning from rods and improve self-growth energy c. Cultivate respectfulness and ethical value, and understand the importance of corporate social responsibility
