日本是地方創生此一政策推動概念發源之地,台灣地方創生政策緣起並借鏡日本經驗,故在進行理論教學與實務操作時,日本經驗很值得深入去探究,抑或是實地參訪調查。「地方創生規劃與實務考察」課程旨在培養學生對地方創生的理解與實務操作能力,結合理論與實地調研,讓學生能夠深入了解日本地方振興的成功案例,學習如何將其創新模式應用於台灣的地方創生推動。課程強調跨學科思維與實地觀察,培養學生規劃、分析與執行地方創生專案的能力。Japan is the source of the concept of promoting the policy of local initiation. Taiwan’s local initiation policy has become increasingly popular and borrowed from Japanese experience. Therefore, when conducting theoretical teaching and practical operations, Japanese experience is worth in-depth exploration, or to conduct local visits and surveys. The "Local Initiative and Practical Inspection" course aims to cultivate students' understanding and practical operational abilities of local initiators, and to establish reasonable discussions and local research, so that students can have an in-depth understanding of successful cases of local revitalization in Japan and learn how to apply their innovative model to local initiative promotion in Taiwan. The course emphasizes interdisciplinary thinking and local observation, and cultivates students' ability to plan, analyze and execute local entrepreneurship projects.
