本課程旨在介紹我國社會福利政策相關概念與措施。說明社會福利政策的定義、意識型態和價值、制訂過程、與目前概況。希望藉此可以促使學習者能夠應用前述,批判性地檢視臺灣當前主要的社會福利政策(如社會保險、社會救助、包含兒少、身障、老人、婦女、原住民等在內的福利服務)。以為日後從事相關人群服務工作,做好準備。This course aims to introduce the concepts and measures related to our social welfare policy. Explain the definition of social welfare policies, ideology and value, the preparation process, and the current overview. It is hoped that this will encourage learners to apply the foregoing and critically review Taiwan’s current major social welfare policies (such as social insurance, social assistance, welfare services including minority, physical disabilities, elderly, women, indigenous people, etc.). I believe that in the future, I will be in charge of serving the relevant groups and make good preparations.
本課程主要介紹我國社會福利政策的內涵與變遷。課程目標在於探討我國社會福利政策的挑戰,從而提供反思社會福利政策的分析方法與思考角度。
This course mainly introduces the connotation and variation of our social welfare policy. The purpose of the course is to explore the challenges of our social welfare policy, and to provide an analysis method and perspective of reflection on social welfare policy.
