Intervention Research in Social Work

教育目標 Course Target

本課程旨在培養學生系統性掌握介入研究的完整流程,從理論基礎到實務應用。課程強調介入行動應建立於實證基礎上,並重視文化適切性與社區參與原則。透過四大學習單元的循序漸進安排:實證基礎的介入研究、文化適切的介入設計與實施、介入效力的測量與評估、介入的永續推展與倫理考量。學生將透過文獻閱讀、案例討論、課程導讀及三階段連續性作業實作,發展具文化敏感度且能促進目標族群福祉的介入方案。課程特別強調介入研究如何回應台灣社會中的健康不平等與社會正義議題,提升學生在社會工作實務與研究間建立有效連結的專業能力。(20250908)

This course aims to cultivate students to systematically master the complete process of interventional research, from theoretical basis to practical application. Course-focused interventional actions should be based on a practical basis and emphasize cultural appropriation and community participation principles. Through the four major learning units, we have arranged step by step: practical and basic interventional research, culturally appropriate interventional design and implementation, measurement and evaluation of interventional effectiveness, and continuous promotion and ethical consideration of intervention. Students will develop culturally sensitive intervention programs that can promote the well-being of targeted ethnic groups through literary reading, case discussion, course reading and three-stage continuous practice. The course specifically emphasizes how interventional research responds to health inequality and social justice issues in Taiwan society, and improves students' professional ability to establish effective connections between social work and research.
