本課程旨在培養學生系統性掌握介入研究的完整流程，從理論基礎到實務應用。課程強調介入行動應建立於實證基礎上，並重視文化適切性與社區參與原則。透過四大學習單元的循序漸進安排：實證基礎的介入研究、文化適切的介入設計與實施、介入效力的測量與評估、介入的永續推展與倫理考量。學生將透過文獻閱讀、案例討論、課程導讀及三階段連續性作業實作，發展具文化敏感度且能促進目標族群福祉的介入方案。課程特別強調介入研究如何回應台灣社會中的健康不平等與社會正義議題，提升學生在社會工作實務與研究間建立有效連結的專業能力。(20250908)

This course aims to train students to systematically master the complete process of interventional research, from theoretical foundation to practical application. The course emphasizes that intervention actions should be based on evidence and pay attention to the principles of cultural appropriateness and community participation. Through the step-by-step arrangement of four major learning units: evidence-based intervention research, culturally appropriate intervention design and implementation, intervention effectiveness measurement and evaluation, and sustainable promotion and ethical considerations of intervention. Through literature reading, case discussion, course introduction and three-stage continuous homework implementation, students will develop intervention plans that are culturally sensitive and can promote the well-being of the target group. The course places special emphasis on how interventional research responds to health inequalities and social justice issues in Taiwanese society, and enhances students' professional abilities in establishing effective connections between social work practice and research.
