理論本身屬系統性的知識,但因其具有抽象性,常被認為與社會工作實務的關聯性較低。然而,理論有助於解釋個案/服務對象出現問題之成因,並就前述成因,在規劃及形成介入/處遇方針上,提供一個相對有方向性的指引,從而避免社會工作實務成為土法鍊鋼、依個人經驗行事的專業。因此,本課程最主要之目標在於引介實務工作上較常被運用的理論,以協助學生理解並將理論內涵運用在實務場域之想像與操作。
Theories themselves are systematic knowledge, but because of their abstractness, they are often considered to be less relevant to social work practices. However, theory helps to solve the causes of problems of a case/service object, and provides a relatively directional guidance in planning and forming intervention/interviewing points, thereby avoiding social work becoming a professional professional for civilized steel and personal experience. Therefore, the main goal of this course is to introduce theories that are often used in practical work, so as to help students understand and apply the connotation of theoretical ideas in the practical field.
本課程主要目標在於幫助碩士班同學對於社會工作理論與派別之哲學背景、理論內容、及實務運用,有整體性的瞭解及發展出對實務與理論的邏輯、批判的思考。
The main purpose of this course is to help students in the cadet class to have a holistic understanding and develop logical and critical thinking on practical and theoretical theory and theory.
