聯合國永續發展⽬標(Sustainable Development Goals，簡稱SDGs）是2030年前聯合國的主要⽬標，反應全球主要的社會議題，永續專業已成為2022年企業最需要的人才需求，近年各部門紛紛積極投入永續議題上，然則如何「社會影響⼒評估」是近年備受關注的議題，此方法可用以衡量⼀個專案或組織對社會整體⽣的真正價值，其價值包含社會、經濟、與環境三⼤主要⾯向，⽽「社會投資報酬」(Social Return on Investment，SROI)⽅法是主流的評估⼯具，⽬前國內外已將「社會投資報酬」SROI應⽤於公部⾨、企業、社會企業、公益團體等各領域，且SROI亦為影響力管理(Impact Managemment)與SDG影響力標準(SDG Impact Standards)之基礎，本課程將介紹影響力評估、SROI、影響力管理(Impact Managemment)、SDG影響力標準(SDG Impact Standards)等概念，了解如何針對永續議題進行影響力評估與管理，奠定未來在永續產業的就業競爭力。此課程將與顧問公司共同參與農委會土保持局合作，產出影響力報告將有助建立產學合作聯盟平台，利用社會影響力發展事件鏈協助計畫執行專案管理實務，培養影響力管理實務與專業能力。

United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs for short) are the main goals of the United Nations before 2030, reflecting major global social issues. Sustainability majors have become the most needed talent needs of enterprises in 2022. In recent years, various departments have actively invested in sustainability issues. However, if "Social impact assessment" is an issue that has attracted much attention in recent years. This method can be used to measure the true value of a project or organization to society as a whole. Its value includes three main aspects: society, economy, and environment, and "social investment return" (Social Investment Return) The Return on Investment (SROI) method is a mainstream evaluation tool. At present, "social return on investment" SROI has been applied to various fields such as public finance, enterprises, social enterprises, and public welfare groups at home and abroad. SROI is also the basis for impact management (Impact Management) and SDG Impact Standards (SDG Impact Standards). This course will introduce impact assessment, SROI, and impact management (Impact). Management), SDG Impact Standards) and other concepts, understand how to evaluate and manage the impact of sustainable issues, and lay the foundation for future employment competitiveness in the sustainable industry. This course will participate in the cooperation with the Soil Conservation Bureau of the Council of Agriculture with the consulting company. The output of the impact report will help establish an industry-university cooperation alliance platform, use social influence to develop event chains to assist in plan execution project management practices, and cultivate impact management practices and professional capabilities.
