本課程主要的目的是讓同學可以深入探究比較憲政制度的核心議題，並藉由研究方法的運用來進行獨立的憲政研究，撰寫相關的研究計畫和論文。主要的課程內容是比較憲政研究、美國憲政民主、半總統制民主、憲政研究的論文寫作。The main purpose of this course is to allow students to deeply explore the core issues of the comparative political system, and to conduct independent political research through the use of research methods, and write related research plans and articles. The main course content is a writing about comparing political research, American political democracy, semi-general democracy, and political research.
