1.課程目標 Course Objectives：
結合閱讀、參訪、座談與報告，訓練學生理論與實務結合。
2.課程特色 Course Features：
(1)教師帶領學生閱讀《恆久卓越的修練》一書，學習從人才、行為到行動，探討企業持續成長的路徑，掌握永續的藍圖。
(2)實地參訪6家台灣標竿企業，透過與企業的接觸與交流，了解不同產業、企業如何擬定策略、調整企業經營模式。
(3)本班授課教師與企業主管共同與學生QA座談，將參訪實務與學術理論結合，歸納參訪重點，啟發學生之經營視野。

Combining reading, visits, discussions and reports, students are trained to combine theory with practice.
2. Course Features:
(1) Teachers lead students to read the book "The Cultivation of Enduring Excellence" to learn from talents, behaviors to actions, explore the path of sustainable growth of enterprises, and master the blueprint for sustainability.
(2) On-site visits to 6 benchmark companies in Taiwan. Through contacts and exchanges with the companies, we can understand how different industries and companies formulate strategies and adjust their business models.
(3) The teachers of this class and business executives jointly held discussions with student QA, combined the practice of visiting with academic theory, summarized the key points of the visit, and inspired students' business vision.
