6082 - 不動產經營管理實務
教育目標 Course Target
1.在讓學員了解整個不動產範疇與架構，相關產業現況與發展趨勢，以不動產開發生命週期的過程，介紹每個產業在其中所扮演的角色、功能、定位，並邀請產業要角、領導人詳盡介紹產業現況。
2.不動產分析的範疇，包含法令、市場、財務分析，本課程以集思廣益的方式，探討三大分析內容、架構，讓學員了解要成為不動產達人，需要具備哪些職能，作為自身修習課程欲精進的目標。
1. Let students understand the entire non-mobile industry and structure, and related industry development trends. Through the process of the non-mobile industry development life cycle, we will introduce the role, function and positioning of each industry in it, and invite industry key roles and leaders to introduce the industry's current situation in detail.
2. The scope of non-property analysis includes legal, market, and financial analysis. This course explores the three major analytical contents and structures in a brainstorming way, so that students understand what abilities they need to have to become non-property practitioners, as the goal of improving their own courses.
