Real Estate Business Management Practices
教育目標 Course Target
1.在讓學員了解整個不動產範疇與架構，相關產業現況與發展趨勢，以不動產開發生命週期的過程，介紹每個產業在其中所扮演的角色、功能、定位，並邀請產業要角、領導人詳盡介紹產業現況。
2.不動產分析的範疇，包含法令、市場、財務分析，本課程以集思廣益的方式，探討三大分析內容、架構，讓學員了解要成為不動產達人，需要具備哪些職能，作為自身修習課程欲精進的目標。
1. Let students understand the entire scope and structure of real estate, the current status and development trends of related industries, and introduce the role, function, and positioning of each industry in the real estate development life cycle process, and invite industry figures and leaders to introduce the current status of the industry in detail.
2. The scope of real estate analysis includes legal, market, and financial analysis. This course uses a brainstorming method to explore the three major analysis contents and structures, so that students can understand what functions they need to have to become a real estate expert, and serve as the goal of improving their own courses.
