2.不動產分析的範疇，包含法令、市場、財務分析，本課程以集思廣益的方式，探討三大分析內容、架構，讓學員了解要成為不動產達人，需要具備哪些職能，作為自身修習課程欲精進的目標。1. Let students understand the entire non-mobile industry and structure, and related industry development trends.
