Through architectural aesthetics, practical case cases and top-level homestay visits, this course deeply explores brand ideas, key influence and market marketing practices, and extends to the application of corporate sustained operation (ESG) strategies. Students will take this opportunity to deeply understand the essence and aesthetics of real estate. The teaching method adopts topical research and practical interviews, and interacts through teacher-student classrooms to promote the integration of theoretical discussion and practice. The course shares how to shape the brand value of the construction project, and demonstrates the unique quality and charm of the building, and leads students to experience the deep-level aspects of the construction and brand management to shape the brand value of the construction project.
