本課程聚焦於企業文化塑造與品牌建立,本課程透過建築美學、實際建案案例以及頂級民宿參訪,深入探討品牌聯想、關鍵影響力及市場行銷實務,並延伸至企業永續經營(ESG)策略的應用。學員將藉此機會深入理解房地產產業的精髓與美學。教學方式採用專題研究與實地參訪,並透過師生課堂互動,促進理論與實務結合。課程分享如何塑造建案品牌價值,並展現建築獨有的品質與魅力,帶領學員體驗建築與品牌經營的深層面向,以形塑建案品牌價值。

This course focuses on corporate culture shaping and brand building. Through architectural aesthetics, actual construction cases and visits to top B&Bs, this course provides an in-depth discussion of brand associations, key influences and marketing practices, and extends to the application of corporate sustainability (ESG) strategies. Participants will take this opportunity to gain an in-depth understanding of the essence and aesthetics of the real estate industry. The teaching method adopts special research and field visits, and promotes the integration of theory and practice through classroom interaction between teachers and students. The course shares how to shape the brand value of construction projects and demonstrates the unique quality and charm of architecture. It leads students to experience the deeper aspects of construction and brand management to shape the brand value of construction projects.
