一、教學目標
1、台灣的EMBA都以培養企業的執行長（CEO）為目標，可是課程強調「論述」，忽略「行動」；強調「專業」，忽略「整合」；強調「方法」，忽略「典範」；強調「獲利」，忽略「道德」；強調「利己」，忽略「利他」。為解決此問題，本的課程聘請典範人物前來分享經驗，增加學生高層次之經營實務。
2、以演講之內容為學習材料，多位不同專業之教授，為同學解析企業經營典範，協助學生建立經營之架構。

二、課程特色
1、多位教授與經營典範，同時出現課堂，與學生一起聽講，引導學生發問，歸納演講者之重點，啟發學生之經營視野。
2、建立《THU_EMBA_企業經營典範研討》臉書群組，同學心得報告經老師修辭擇優PO文，增加學習效果，並典藏台灣企業經營典範。
3、臉書社團《THU_EMBA_企業經營典範研討》五百篇心得報告，成爲受矚目的資料庫。
4、本課程已開設十五年，累積超過200位台灣企業之經營經驗。
5、本課程與會計系碩士班共時上課，非EMBA學生亦可學習「企業經營典範研討」之內容。

一、教學目標
1. Taiwan’s EMBAs all aim to cultivate executive executives (CEOs) of enterprises, but the course emphasizes “discussion” and ignores “action”; emphasizes “profession” and ignores “integration”; emphasizes “methods” and ignores “discipline”; emphasizes “profit” and ignores “morality”; emphasizes “self-interest” and ignores “altruistics”. To solve this problem, this course hired a classic to share his experience and increase the number of students' higher levels of practice.
2. Using the content of the lecture as learning material, many professors from different professions analyze corporate business practices for their classmates and help students establish a business structure.

2. Course characteristics
1. Many professors and teaching scripts also appeared in the classroom to listen with students, guide students to ask questions, learn about the key points of speakers, and develop students' business vision.
2. Establish a face book group of "THU_EMBA_Enterprise Business Classification Research", and students' experience reports to train teachers to revise excellent PO articles, increase learning effects, and collect Taiwanese corporate marketing classics.
3. Five hundred experience reports from the face book group "THU_EMBA_Enterprise Business Classification Research" have become a database for the purpose of receiving the investment.
4. This course has been established for fifteen years, with a cumulative operating experience of more than 200 Taiwanese companies.
5. This course and the graduate course in the program are held together. Non-EMBA students can also learn the content of "Enterprise Business Classification Research".
