The content of this course will be designed in a combination of financial and management. The goal will enable company managers to understand how to think about the nature and direction of work from a financial perspective, and in order to cooperate with the company to achieve goals in the most efficient way. In addition to introducing the tools that must be provided for financial services, the course focuses on understanding the importance of creating company value, the suitability of company goal setting, the practice of value management, the method of establishing key performance indicators, and the pursuit of performance measurement and management under great value.
