「公司理財與投資決策」課程，係探討企業如何取得資金、運用資金及分配獲益資源等一系列的財務管理決策。本課程內容將以如何使財務與管理的結合而設計，目標能使公司管理者瞭解如何以財務的角度思考工作的性質與方向,並進而以最有效率的方式，配合公司達成目標。課程重點除了介紹財務必須具備的工具外，包括瞭解創造公司價值的重要性，公司目標訂定的適宜性，價值管理的作法, 關鍵績效指標的建立方法，追求價值極大下的績效衡量與管理等。本課程目標為培養學生具有深入理解公司理財與投資決策的能力，訓練以財務的角度思考工作的性質與方向，並能夠運用相關知識進行實際分析與應用，期望修完課程後，學生能夠以全面性且長期性的角度思考管理決策，以達追求公司價值極大化的財務目標。在課程之餘，亦將輔以相關個案進行小組討論，讓學生能夠在個案討論中瞭解財務的功能與意涵。

The "Corporate Financial Management and Investment Decision" course explores a series of financial management decisions such as how companies obtain funds, use funds, and allocate profit-making resources. The content of this course will be designed on how to combine finance and management. The goal is to enable company managers to understand how to think about the nature and direction of work from a financial perspective, and then cooperate with the company to achieve goals in the most efficient way. In addition to introducing the tools necessary for finance, the focus of the course includes understanding the importance of creating company value, the appropriateness of setting company goals, value management practices, the establishment of key performance indicators, and performance measurement and management in the pursuit of maximum value. The goal of this course is to train students to have an in-depth understanding of corporate financial management and investment decision-making, to train students to think about the nature and direction of work from a financial perspective, and to be able to use relevant knowledge for practical analysis and application. It is expected that after completing the course, students will be able to think about management decisions from a comprehensive and long-term perspective, in order to achieve the financial goal of maximizing company value. In addition to the course, group discussions will also be conducted with relevant cases, allowing students to understand the functions and implications of finance during case discussions.
