教育目標 Course Target
臺灣是代工國家，處於微笑曲線附加價值較低的製造部份，同時需配合品牌商來降低生產、運籌及供應鏈管理的成本，在營運上有諸多困難。本課程利用台積電代工製造的營運模式個案、豐田精實管理個案、宏碁全球供應鏈管理為例，協助代工公司降低生產製造成本的同時又要控制庫存成本，兩難之間如何抉擇，讓代工廠商提昇附加價值是本課程的主要目標。上課時間：【週一19:00-21:30】09/08、09/15、09/22、09/29、10/13
Taiwan is an OEM country. It is the manufacturing part with a lower value added to the smile curve. At the same time, it is necessary to cooperate with brands to reduce the costs of production, transportation and supply chain management, which is difficult to operate. This course uses the operation model case manufactured by Telco, Hongtian Fine Management case, and Acer Global Supply Chain Management as examples to help OEM companies reduce production costs while controlling inventory costs. The main goal of this course is to decide between the two difficulties and make OEM manufacturers improve additional value. Class time: [Monday 19:00-21:30]09/08, 09/15, 09/22, 09/29, 10/13
