臺灣是代工國家,處於微笑曲線附加價值較低的製造部份,同時需配合品牌商來降低生產、運籌及供應鏈管理的成本,在營運上有諸多困難。本課程利用台積電代工製造的營運模式個案、豐田精實管理個案、宏碁全球供應鏈管理為例,協助代工公司降低生產製造成本的同時又要控制庫存成本,兩難之間如何抉擇,讓代工廠商提昇附加價值是本課程的主要目標。上課時間:【週一19:00-21:30】09/08、09/15、09/22、09/29、10/13Taiwan is an OEM country.
