教育目標 Course Target

本課程將從企業轉型的角度出發，為企業主與高階主管提供數位轉型和人工智慧思維所需的知識，以幫助企業在數位化時代中保持競爭力，並在AI時代下捷足先登。在本課程中，首先介紹AI思維與數據驅動。課程中並會透過各種實際案例，幫助學生學習如何實踐數據驅動企業轉型，以及如何運用人工智慧來賦能員工、改善業務流程、提高效率和創造新商業模式等。

This course will start from the perspective of enterprise transformation and provide business owners and senior executives with the knowledge required for digital transformation and artificial intelligence thinking to help enterprises stay competitive in the digital era and take the lead in the AI ​​era. In this course, we first introduce AI thinking and data drive. The course will use various practical cases to help students learn how to practice data-driven enterprise transformation, and how to use artificial intelligence to empower employees, improve business processes, increase efficiency, and create new business models.
