教育目標 Course Target
本課程將從企業轉型的角度出發，為企業主與高階主管提供數位轉型和人工智慧思維所需的知識，以幫助企業在數位化時代中保持競爭力，並在AI時代下捷足先登。在本課程中，首先介紹AI思維與數據驅動。課程中並會透過各種實際案例，幫助學生學習如何實踐數據驅動企業轉型，以及如何運用人工智慧來賦能員工、改善業務流程、提高效率和創造新商業模式等。
This course will be developed from the perspective of enterprise transformation, providing enterprise owners and senior executives with the knowledge required for digital transformation and artificial intelligence thinking, so as to help enterprises maintain competition in the digital era and take the lead in the AI era. In this course, AI thinking and data driving are first introduced. During the course, various practical cases will be used to help students learn how to effectively drive enterprise transformation, how to use artificial intelligence to earn employees, improve business processes, improve efficiency and create new business models.
