領導力是一套說服與建立典範的過程，也是教練引導(Coaching)的過程，透過這一個過程，能讓個人或團隊成為一個根據領導者的目標或共同的目標，採取相關行動的群體。領導力並非只是職務上獲得之地位(Status)、權力(Power)或職權(Authority)，特別面臨自我意識非常強烈的新世代員工，傳統命令式的領導風格，不再管用．新世代主管更需要具備情境領導力(Situational Leadership)與教練領導力(Coaching-based Leadership)，以願景、信念、訴求來激發與激勵部屬，運用卓越的領導溝通技能，帶領部屬朝向共同的目標邁進，引導部屬讓事情發生，並以身作則，善用教練引導技能，培育與發展領導接班人。

Leadership is a process of persuading and setting an example, as well as a coaching process. Through this process, individuals or teams can become a group that takes relevant actions based on the leader's goals or common goals. Leadership is not just the status, power or authority gained from a job. Especially when faced with the new generation of employees with very strong self-awareness, the traditional command leadership style no longer works. The new generation of managers needs to possess situational leadership and coaching-based leadership. They can inspire and motivate subordinates with vision, belief, and appeal. They can use excellent leadership communication skills to lead subordinates toward a common goal, guide subordinates to make things happen, lead by example, and make good use of coaching skills to cultivate and develop leadership successors.
