教育目標 Course Target
人一生中最需要健康身體的支持，無論在成長求學期、工作事業期、安養期，皆需要有健康身體作為後盾。特別是功成名就的CEO，因忙碌事業無暇管控自我身體健康，當有健康危機時，往往不知所措，影響企業組織及家庭。
如何透過完整身體健康維護知識體系，讓學生兼顧滿足醫療新知及自體維護實踐，是本課程最重要的目標。
People need the support of a healthy body most in their lives. Whether they are growing up, studying, working, or recuperating, they all need a healthy body as a backing. In particular, successful CEOs have no time to control their own health due to their busy careers. When there is a health crisis, they are often at a loss, affecting their business organizations and families.
How to use a complete body health maintenance knowledge system to allow students to take into account new medical knowledge and self-maintenance practices is the most important goal of this course.
