教育目標 Course Target
人一生中最需要健康身體的支持，無論在成長求學期、工作事業期、安養期，皆需要有健康身體作為後盾。特別是功成名就的CEO，因忙碌事業無暇管控自我身體健康，當有健康危機時，往往不知所措，影響企業組織及家庭。
如何透過完整身體健康維護知識體系，讓學生兼顧滿足醫療新知及自體維護實踐，是本課程最重要的目標。
People need the support of a healthy body the most in their life. Whether it is during the growth period, work period, or maintenance period, they all need a healthy body as a backing. Especially successful CEOs, who have no time to control their physical health due to busy business, are often at a loss when they are in a health crisis, which affects corporate organizations and families.
How to achieve both medical knowledge and self-maintenance through a complete physical health maintenance knowledge system and enable students to meet new medical knowledge and self-maintenance practices is the most important goal of this course.
